Association Montessori Internationale

The Association Montessori Internationale known as AMI is an Amsterdam-based global non-governmental organization founded by Dr Maria Montessori in 1929 .The 31st August 2020 will commemorate 150 years of the birth of Maria Montessori. Montessori was ahead of her time in her research, educational approach and pioneering work for social reform.

The MTRT works under the guidance of the AMI and all training courses are conducted by AMI approved Directors .The diplomas given to students are signed by the AMI and valid around the world .The AMI guides, supports and encourages the MTRT in all its endeavours .In addition to the primary and elementary Training programmes ,MTRT was given the opportunity to conduct the Training of Trainers Asia Seminar and the 5th Education without frontiers Assembly.
