Ms. Teenaz Reporter
Director of Training
Teenaz Reporter is an AMI Primary Trainer at the 3-6-age level. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the Osmania University, Hyderabad and an AMI Primary Diploma, from the Montessori Training and Research Trust in Hyderabad. After completing her primary diploma, she worked as a teacher in India and the United States. Teenaz completed her Trainers Training under the mentorship of Mrs. Lakshmi Krishna Kumar and Ms. Rukmini Ramachandran. As an AMI trainer, she has served on the faculty of the AMI courses in India and China. Teenaz is currently the Director of Training for the AMI Primary Diploma Course run under the auspices of the Montessori Training and Research Trust. She is also on the faculty of the AMI courses in Shenzhen and Chongqing, China. She has served as an AMI External Examiner in India and as a National Examiner in India and abroad. Teenaz is interested in creating awareness and reaching a wide demographic with regard to supporting the needs and protecting the rights of children everywhere. She is passionate about the role of Education in creating Peaceful humanities.
Ms. Dipa Sreekumar
AMI Associate Trainer
Dipa Sreekumar is an AMI Associate Trainer age level 3-6. She is an Economics graduate from the Delhi University, and holds an AMI Children’s House Diploma, from the Indian Montessori Training Course, Bengaluru in 1991. After working for two years in Chennai, she took a break for 13 years. In 2005, Dipa started working as a Montessori Educator at Pebble Creek Montessori House of Children, Hyderabad. Within a short period of time, she took up the responsibility of running the school. She has worked closely with parents and teachers in her career as head of the organization. Dipa joined the Training of Trainers Asian Seminar at Hyderabad. As part of her training programme, she has spent two years at the Navadisha Montessori Foundation, Chennai under the guidance of AMI Trainer Ms. Rukmini Ramachandran. She joined the Montessori Training and Research Trust, Hyderabad in the year 2019 and is currently part of the Primary Diploma Course Training Team working under the guidance of AMI Trainer Ms.Teenaz Reporter. Dipa has offered AMI Orientation Certificate Courses and has been an examiner for Chennai, Bangalore, China and Vietnam courses.
Ms. Helen Mohan Elias
Director of EsF
Helen is deeply involved with the Educateur sans Frontier (EsF) wing of the AMI and is currently Director of the programme at MTRT. She organized the fifth EsF Assembly in Hyderabad in 2016 and was part of the AMI Working Team in the sixth assembly in South Africa in 2017 and the seventh in Mexico, 2019.
She has been actively involved in developing the Community Rooted Education (CoRE) programme in collaboration with AMI Trainer Uma Ramani. The work has reached out to Aanganwadi workers for children in the 0-5 age group in Andhra Pradesh and to the Telangana state run Minority residential school( not schools) in Hyderabad. She is deeply committed to Dr. Montessori’s vision of equity and justice for all children.

Ms. Talat Shabnam
Trainer in Training
Ms. Talat Shabnam received her AMI Primary Diploma in 1998 from Montessori Training and Research Trust, Hyderabad (MTRT). Immediately after the training she joined Roots Montessori House of Children and worked with children for seven years. During this period conducted workshops for parents and helped the Training Centre in awareness programs. She joined MTRT in 2007 and worked as Assistant to the Director of Training Ms. Lakshmi Krishna Kumar for 5 years. In 2010, she helped MTRT setup up the Model Montessori House of Children (MMHOC). She is a currently a Trainer in Training, who joined the training programme in the year 2013 and spent two years at the Navadisha Montessori Foundation Chennai.She joined the training course at MTRT in 2017as a Course Assistant.

Ms. Mahendrawada Parimala
Admin Assistant
Ms. Mahendrawada Parimala, gained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Andhra University and Master of Information Technology from Manipal University. She has over 6 years of experience as a teaching faculty in various institutions. She joined MTRT in the year 2017 as the office assistant.
