Padma Shree Begum Bilkees Latif was Chair person of the Trust for Fifteen years till she passed away in 2017.

The Founding Trustees were JusticeJagan Mohan Reddy as Chairperson, Bharat RatnaMr. J. R. D Tata, Mrs. Kira Banasinska, Dr. H.W Butt, Miss Khursheed Taraporewalla, Dr Sudhir Naik and Dr Usha S Naik.Later Mr Kotwal, President of the AMS joined the Trust .

Bharat Ratna, J.R.D Tata was subsequently Chairperson of the Trust.He was followed by Mr. M Ramakrishna Head of Tata Consultancy.

Ms. B.V.S Jayalakhmi joined the Trust as Executive Officer in March 1993. Trained under Mr. Joosten in 1961-62, she was Head Mistress of the SishuVihar Montessori School and High School, Andhra Yuvayhi Mandal for 30 years.
